The latest version of xpdoffice™ enterprise has been released. This version features an even more user-friendly interface than before, with many added features. Some of these newest features include the ability to pass functionality on an individual basis, creating, in effect, super-user groups. Also included, is a customized menu structure, with definable labeling.
An especially popular new addition has been the creation of a favorites section. Users can pick up to 10 specific xpdoffice™ actions from anywhere within the application, and assign them favorites status, with a one-click jump to the chosen spot. Individual users can create their own set of favorites, or use those which come as defaults.
An addition to the HR module is something we call Kudos. This allows managers to make notations and comments throughout the status reports of any team member assigned to them. These comments become permanently attached to the employee's records and can be accessed easily when evaluations are called for.
Also a part of xpdhr™ is the ability to create a position - essentially a tailored Help Wanted listing right within xpdoffice™. The position can be created, approved with digital signatures, posted on any web site specified, and applicants can apply and attach their resumes in this special non-user extended area of xpdoffice™. After applying, anyone designated can review applicants and comment or schedule for interviews.
