Features and Benefits - Paperless Evaluations 
A unique feature of xpdoffice; electronic performance evaluations are handled right within the interface and remain 100% secure and confidential.
The xpdoffice HR module provides this unique performance evaluation capability. The system determines when an evaluation is due, and then notifies all individuals involved - employee, manager, and corporate supervisors. Evaluation times are determined by the individual organization and the system responds to whatever preferences they have set-up. Once this notification has been sent through email, the employee is then able to go to the HR module and begin his or her evaluation.
After completing the initial areas and entering required data, the evaluation is then available for the assigned manager to read. At this point, the manager continues the process with his own comments and evaluations. Upon completion, the manager electronically signs the performance evaluation and the employee is notified that it is ready to read and sign as well. When both manager and employee have electronically signed the evaluation, it proceeds to corporate levels where it is archived and always available for review and/or action.
The evaluation is always a matter of strictest confidentiality - only the personnel directly involved with the process are ever able to review either partial or completed evaluations.
